November 10 - Cry for Help

With Dr. Michael Krier,

at the

surprisingly scenically located

Green Valley NorthBay Center for Primary Care,

in view of Rockville and Cordelia Hills, the Sulfur Springs Mountains, American Canyon, Sentinel Peak...

reasonably adjacent to Solano Community College, so we know there can be fog, wind --

but, for now, glorious!

Oh,

and the report from the good doctor:

better than can have been reasonably expected --

modest liver damage, not cirrhosis,  Embarassingly, apparently excess fatty tissue (reflecting enthusiasm for work-a-day "comfort" food?) -- the xrays having proved to be initally, at least, ambiguous.

So, actually given leave to go beck to a less stringent diet,

and off we go again,

through the Bel-located Edifice,

with some Presentiments,

for

another
