being an re-moded, re-rhythmed cannonic minimalist take on miserly music from Modest Mussorgsky (1839-1881) - Pictures at an Exhibition (1874) in the Maurice Ravel (1875-1937) orchestration -- the name derived from a mis-reading of Jay Reise (b. 1960 -- with whom I almost studied, per a recommendation from George Crumb, 1929-2022) - Chesapeake Rhythms (1995).
